Christmas 2012

~Merry Christmas~ to all folks out there still following my blog or reading it. Yeap..I know, I've highly neglected this blog in 2012 and I promised I'll do more in 2013. With Christmas just 4 days away, it certainly also means that we are approaching the end of 2012 and well starting a new year afresh. New targets to chase, new resolutions to make. :))) At the end of 2012, for me still no bf leh :(((( but no worries, I look forward to a better 2013. I won't get too affected by it and hopefully in 2013 I will meet my 有缘人... With 2012 drawing to a close, let's look at what happened..
1. In church, 1 major thing was that I am officially serving in the Children's Ministry. To make it specific, its Tots 1 whereby the kids I am looking after are those around 1-2 years old.
2. I finally did my 1st performance on stage this year!!! Thanks to my music school, Play by Ear and thanks to the coaching and patience of my instructor, Mr Vincent Tan that made it possible. He had to withstand my horrible singing week in and week out and finally it happened. Well some photos that took place during the recital and of coz I wanna thank those who came to support me as well.

3. Next thing in 2012 was that I did exceptionally well in the area of my work. Many will know I joined this industry like just close to 2 years ago and to achieve such results. I must say its really all glory to God. I wouldn't have been able to achieve this result without His grace, help and favour. Just a note, I achieve 111% of the performance target. Full year billing of S$200k. Thanks to all my wonderful colleagues who have been a support and wonderful bosses as well. Some pictures to remember the events for 2012

4. In terms of my family, this wasn't the best year though. Some will know my mum discovered she had illness sometime in late 2011 and in the beginning of 2012, she had to go for an operation and subsequently follow up with a series of treatments. Thank God that though the treatments were hard on her, we will still say that she is recovering well. Her treatments finally ended in mid December and I am thankful that her body was able to withstand all these treatments throughout the year. Really hope that she will be healthy in 2013 and the years ahead. Another thing that wasn't as smooth sailing is that my mum's business closed down. Yeap..mum surrendered her licence to MAS and gave up operating the business due to personal reasons. We know times are tough but God is good and He has a plan for the 2 involved. Oh ya..by the way, our dearie Janice turned 1 this year

someone commented that my blog was no longer alive :( nope that's not true. it's just that I am too busy updating it. Look I've changed the blog skin from charming kitty to something simpler. Anyway this update is about my new purchase. If I can recall, the last time I purchased a bag was more than 2 years when my brother and sister in law went to Europe for their honeymoon.
after prowling through several online websites and stepping in the store countless times, I finally made the purchase. Cloutshoppe was very efficient cause the parcel came earlier than expected. The website stated that the delivery will take 3-5 working days but it came within 2 days

I'm back after a long break. Nope I have not forgotten that my blog existed but was just too busy to update. So now...I left off in January 2012. Its already almost the end of April and in 4 more days I'll be getting my Q1 commission. So looking forward to it!!!Many happenings in the past quarter. So where shall I begin?

Ever since the restructuring that was announced in December 2011, the atmosphere and culture in my branch have been quite different. The IP branch started with our Chinese New Year "Lo-hei" just for our branch specially from Sakae Sushi->
Besides our branch having our "Lo-Hei", the commercial branches all had a Chinese New Year Dinner at Jumbo Seafood as well and it was really crazy!!!
While we were waiting for everyone's arrival, Vel and I as usual was cam whoring
During the Chinese New Year Lo Hei, the servers will usually say some good things. Poor waiter while he was at our table, he was so soft that we were all requesting him to speak up.

it was such a crazy night that this was like just a quarter of the bottles that we drank
There were only 2 major events that took place in terms of Company events since the beginning of the year and the other one was our Annual DnD and Q4-2011 and Q1-2012 awards night.

Our Annual DnD was held on the 13th April at Rasa Sentosa..and once again..we are the Champions for Kelly's Idol! Leading up to all the preparations by the fan club and all the hard work, sweat, energy by the dancers..we are finally ready for our Annual DnD and our Kelly's Idol. Before heading into the function hall for our dinner , the party already began at the beach...

After all the award presentations, we proceeded to the segment whereby we most anticipated for. Its our chance to showcase our talent! *drum roll* presenting IP performance and as usual our boss took the centerstage because he is the most "kek-say" kia!
