i reversed the process of my blog this time.decided to post the pictures first. in fact still got quite alot of pics to be posted in =)..i am finally back from china..its been a long long trip =)..really glad to be back hm with my family..yesh..and i'm so glad i managed to stay 1 night in Shanghai..and really in love with it..amazes me..the scenary..dun talk about the people who spits on the floor..but Shanghai is really a mega city! Heard so much about 上海滩 and till now i managed to see it..more pics coming up but later ok..meanwhile enjoy those above =)

realised that i haven been blogging for some time..been rather busy or i should say very very busy..=( tired. but glad this time round..the colleagues are more R & R. At least i got the hang of things so progress still relatively okie =). well January would be over soon now already late jan liao..come feb a short month.as i looked back i realise something --> i haven been in SG for almost the whole of Jan. Jan 2007 is a very eventful month also..besides spending it here mostly in Nantong (Tongzhou).My maternal grandma passed away...it's been almost 2 weeks..time flies..well i do miss her..but life goes on..k nothing much to blog about anyway..just to post some photos from my trip the other time. =) ciaos

it's already mid jan.how time flies. half of the month has passed. remember the time when i was working hard during New Year..and now it's already mid jan...many things have happened in this time..while i am blogging now...my family is grieving over the demise of my grandma..though i am not that badly affected but my mum is..well coz my mum is very attached to her. suppose to fly off to shanghai today..but because of this..i have delayed my flight..so instead i'll be flying off on wed (17/1) instead. =) wanted to keep my mum accompany..well i know she isn't feeling too good..so dun wanna leave her alone..dad suggested that i stay too.. i hope after this trip i don't need to fly so often anymore..

jan'07 has been a tough month to begin with..well having to spend the New Year overseas was tough..initially thought it would be quite fun..but nono...i now appreciate the times i am @ hm..the home cooked food..my clean bed..and everything @ hm..

keyboard has started already. getting tougher but more and more interesting. Went to church last sunday and michael shared about this word - thankfulness.i was thinking and pondering..i have so many things to give thanks to God for..where should i start? In fact i thank God for giving me my parents..well they may be "lor soh" @ times...but i know they love me *sobsob* sometimes i really don't appreciate them..but then i think again and well if without them willing to invest the $$ to allow me to learn the piano when i was younger..it wouldn't be so easy for me to pick up keyboard..

to reflect back..i was a really hard to handle child..if i didn't remember wrongly i had 5 piano teachers..either i fired them or they gave up on me. then my parents had to sacrifice their time and send me for lessons to & fro. Another thanksgiving point is that my parents are willing to invest the $$ to send me overseas..when i calculate how much i spend..it came up to almost $150k..not joking..just 4 years..if they didn't send me overseas i wouldn't be where i am today and of coz i wouldn't know God if mum didn't bring me to church and send me to a christian school since kindergarten..Thank God for my parents =)

my mgr took the flight back to singapore today. the partner will only be coming in tomorrow. but will officially be @ the client's place only on thursday. So during these 2 days. I am the senior in charge. no choice all the rest all juniors. so while having to do my own stuff i also have to manage the juniors, monitor their progress and manage the client. Seems like a tedious task right? In fact, initially i hate it.and yes i mean I HATE IT!!! i never like such responsibility. well well..but these few days while doing my QT..and reading this book "Maximised Manhood" it spoke about bearing responsibility.

beginning of a new year

it's the start of 2007. brand new start to a brand new year. for those concerned about me. i am fine here. today knocked off early. my mgr flying off tmw. the good thing about this mgr of mine is that she really mentors people + she is patient to her staff. even seniors. =) and willing to teach. hiaks hiaks.. while working last time i manage to see fireworks. The people here like to play with fireworks and its cheap..about RMB 100+ . The group manage to have dinner @ the restaurant today also. The food here in china is real oily & salty. Even mushrooms are submerged into oil. Damn jialat..anyway some pictures for ya all.
