a new challenge

my mgr took the flight back to singapore today. the partner will only be coming in tomorrow. but will officially be @ the client's place only on thursday. So during these 2 days. I am the senior in charge. no choice all the rest all juniors. so while having to do my own stuff i also have to manage the juniors, monitor their progress and manage the client. Seems like a tedious task right? In fact, initially i hate it.and yes i mean I HATE IT!!! i never like such responsibility. well well..but these few days while doing my QT..and reading this book "Maximised Manhood" it spoke about bearing responsibility.
