Good news + fun filled weekend

hur hur. i have good news. nono its not that i am attached. hmzz when that happens i will surely announce but its..after 110 gruelling days of reading. I've finally finished the books of Jeremiah. Yipee! So what did i learn from the book of Jeremiah? Short & Sweet - Hope and patience in times of doubt. During the 110 days of reading the book of Jeremiah, i was reminded of certain things which happened a few years ago. But i guess the mostly lovely feature of this chapter of the bible is that God promised restoration in my life and i saw hope in the midst of the trial.

Right now, i will be reading the books of Lamentations and as well reading about King Saul's life. =) shall blog more about it when i finish.

Oh well. It's March already. Almost a 1/4 of the year gone! Damn fast. I am always amazed at how weekends passed in a flash as well. 5 working days and always look forward to weekends..then weekends come and go just like that. I've got to enjoy the remaining of March because come april it'll be a busy period of my working life. Oh it's been some time since the last public holiday. Now i'm all looking forward to April!!! Finally a long weekend coz it's Good Friday!

Some photos of how i spent my weekend.. Watched the show "Marley & Me" with brother and his gf @ Jurong point @ 11+ by the time got home was already 2+. Slept around 3+.

On Sat morning, was woken up by my dog's barking. Mum told brother and i to bring the dog to the vet because he was unwell. My poor little dog ass was hurting and we had to apply some medicine @ his anus. Bought this thing to cover up his mouth so that during the cleaning time he won't bite us.

After coming back from the vet, i slept a while before heading to the gym. Headed to Jurong east for dinner with my extended family. Thanks to Auntie Elaine for her treat and baby junya is there as well! We are all so excited about baby junya..so cute with big lovely eyes.

Was supposed to head to St James but decided not to go cause my church service is now in the morning. 930am! While on the way home, my brother and his gf called me and asked if i wanted to go ridgewood (a condo) near my place for some ice cream and yeah..i headed there. Ling Li and I shared a wafer with 2 scoops of ice cream and we played scrabble. My first time playing the game and i was the winner! Not bad..
