ungentleman-ness & humility to be teachable

anyone wondering the reason as to the title of this post is as mentioned above? yeap...the reason is because i met 2 people who are of the above criteria. let's go straight into these 2 personnel.
1) Mr ungentleman
The guy is called as such because he displayed this character. For people who know, i usually board bus 200 and head to work. While queuing for the bus and waiting to board it, this guy, whom i think is in his late 20s or early 30s PUSH me and SHOVE his way in from the side. Unbelievable! How can a guy be like that? Guys..please listen up..if you do read this post, please do not behave in such a manner. It's such a disgrace.
2) Humility to be teachable.
This is another guy whom i have been working with. He is a manager from one of the big 4 accounting firms. Let me put it straight i've nothing against the big 4 accounting firms but this manager *sigh*Being a manager, first of all his technical skills sucks and i mean BIG TIME. But then again, even if his technical skills sucks, the worst thing is his attitude. Being a manager, he printed the client's financial statements without the client giving the go-ahead sign and when the client asked he accused the client that they were the ones who gave the go ahead instructions. To make matters worst, when the client repeatedly told him that there are errors, there was strong refusal to change. (when i am talking about errors, it's fundamentally wrong errors in the concept). Double standards were applied. Well..even if he really made the error, the worst thing was the refusal to even apologize to the client but instead the attitude was one of accusing the client. Through this instance, it came across my mind..it takes humility to be teachable. If one ain't teachable, the person will not go far. Attitude is the most important.
