it doesn't takes the big things to know..

Many people will always expect God to perform miracles/ wonders to believe He is good/ He exist. But i've come to realise God works in simple ways as well.

Instance 1:

Some people whom i am closer to will know that my company is currently upgrading our reporting system and we are in the midst of doing the testing. Testing+monthly closing+ management reporting, i've not gotten a break for weeks. For the past 3-4 weeks, i only manage to get off work, earliest @ 830..lastest @ 10+. Yes even on a Friday. I will also have to bring my work back during the weekend to complete. Life have been quite hectic. The deadline is set for the system to go "live" on 18 Sep so the testing will have to be completed by the 17th. But because i'll be flying off on the 14th Sep to Beijing, so my timeline is tighter than everyone else.

2 weeks ago, CLC1 started and its on a tuesday. On monday, i was doing a status update and my manager was screaming that i am crawling very slowly...slower than a snail. In fact, when i went off work on monday, my heart was set on not going for CLC1 the following day. Tuesday came..deep in my heart i really wanted to go..but it was like a struggle. Go- risk can't finish work. Don't go - maybe can finish work. It was until about 3pm on that tuesday that i decided to go. At most, will bring back work to do. 2 weeks have passed...right now..i've completed all my work ahead of schedule. Even faster than anybody else. :) not bad right? God is good. I'm glad i didn't sacrifice CLC1 for my work.

Instance 2:

Just the last tuesday, i was very tired. But i decided to go for CLC1. CLC1 is conducted @ Coleman (which is @ bugis). Since i knock off @ 630pm, it was kinda of impossible to go home and take the car and head out again so i went straight. By the time CLC1 ended and i took a train back to Buona Vista, it was about 10pm. Tired and Hungry :(. For those who know, its hard to hitch a cab @ BV MRT. To make it worst, there are 2 other people ahead of me. I looked at my watch and was thinking "haiz..duno must wait until what time liao. Well, God please send 3 cabs fast so that i can get home soon." As i finish this prayer, 2 cabs came within 5 mins..and my cab came within the next 5 mins.

See, God doesn't just works in miracles. But He works in small things like sending a cab..when its needed most :)
